At 8:30 p.m. St. Lucia News Online (SNO) received reports of a house fire in upper Rocky Lane, Dennery.
A resident said a fire truck and two ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
The owner of the house is reportedly a mother of three children. They were not at home at the time of the fire, according to the resident.
“The mother said she going and check someone and they told her there is a fire in her area. Minutes later we were told it’s her house. Luckily the kids were by their grandma,” the resident said.
