Three people including a school child sustained injuries in a two-vehicle accident in Union this afternoon, Nov. 25.
Reports are that between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., an SUV with a woman and her daughter on board, was turning into Union Terrace when a Nissan Almera, with a male occupant (driver) on board, crashed collided with it.
Both vehicles overturned and all three occupants sustained minor injuries.
St. Lucia News Online understands that the SUV was coming from the direction of Dame Pearlette Louisy Primary School when the accident occurred.
Unconfirmed reports are that the ambulance transporting the woman and her daughter to hospital had a minor accident at the Vigie roundabout.
