A fire Saturday morning destroyed a vacant house in Austin Hill, Dennery.
Officials from the Dennery Fire Department were called to the scene shortly after 6.a.m. and reported that the house was still on fire and partially destroyed upon their arrival.
Firefighters doused the flames and managed to contain it to the upper floor of the two storey vacant home.
Neighbours told investigators the house had been vacant for sometime, as the owner is currently overseas.
The cause of Saturday’s fire is still not clear.
